Just a thought, but if we are celebrating the 25 years of SVU, would it not have made sense for the #OliviaBensonPlaza to be set up at the start of the season? Or even the end, to celebrate? I feel like this might be a distraction tactic for episode 9 of #SVU and #OrganizedCrime
