Congratulations to the 2021 NCAA Division III Champions in the 4x100-meter relay! @UWLMensTF Seth Holden, Troy De Bruin, Spencer Reichart and Josh Koenecke. It is UWL's fourth (2014, 2015, 2018) national title in school history. Koenecke was also on the winning 2018 relay.

Although many people dislike finals, I think it is a very special time. Over half of my class was sick the entire semester and they couldn't come to any of the classes, but they all magically got better today! It truly is a Christmas miracle
