Concourse C will be triggered when the airport reaches 32.6 million passengers. They aren't going to push forward construction for the 2034 Olympics necessarily unless passenger counts increase enough to get to that 32.6m threshold. The central tunnel is only completed as far as Concourse B, but they did already do some foundation work to extend it to Concourse C. They also have plans to extend one of the runways (assuming for larger aircraft and longer-range international flights).

The airport is over 28 million passengers already (record 28.36m in 2024) and estimate is almost 29 million by end of 2026.

Washington needs a good power washing top to bottom. Five things I would do today to end corruption in Washington across all three branches of government:

1. Ban all stock trading.
2. Ban all participation in prediction markets.
3. Mandatory retirement at 75 years old.
4. Mandatory blind trust for individuals with a net worth more than $1 million.
5. Ban all foreign gifts to public officials, including foreign investments in their businesses or other entities.

At $30 million Ballmer got off money wise at a bargain price based on how punitive the salary cap and repeater taxes are

Shouldn’t the clippers …have to go back and pay luxury tax penalties and possibly second apron penalty to the other owners based on how much they circumvented the cap
