June is Men’s Mental Health Month.
But who would know? Such an important, powerfully true video…

Three years on, we remember Constables Matthew Arnold and Rachel McCrow, and Alan Dare’s bravery, sacrifice, and legacy. We hold their families, friends, and colleagues in our thoughts – especially today.
With honour they served 💙
The most dangerous man is one who healed alone.
2025 was brutal, but I'm grateful for it. It forced me to hit rock bottom, rebuild, & stand up to every ‘bully’ who tried to take advantage. I found my strength. I'm not lost; I'm self-reliant.
I know my power now.. 👑
As the sun surely sets: dawn will see it arise,
for service above self, demands its own prize.
You’ve fought the good fight: life’s race has been run, peace, your reward, for eternity begun. We that are left shall never forget,
rest in peace the sun now set. We will remember.
“In all my years with the Qld Police, I’ve never seen a rape investigation closed & the male accused cleared so quickly…”

🤬 It’s this kind of BS messaging that has caused the current men’s Mental Health crisis.
As a man, remember…
- DON’T keep your mouth shut
- Ask for help to ‘find a way’
- People DO care
- Ignore shit like this
I can’t get enough of this story.
No matter your wealth, status, occupation or the depth of your deception - you can’t outrun being exposed. 😉
Karma will always get you & theres no one to blame but yourself! 😁
I’m aware it’s been longer than a few days. To those who’ve DM’d wanting to hear my story - I promise, it’s coming.
It needs to be told.
It’s difficult to write about the worst 4yrs of my life when I’m now living my best years.
Watch this space…
16th June
Exactly 1 year ago today I (finally) found the strength to block & completely walk away from the DV I had suffered for 3.5yrs.
Sadly, the hell I’d already been through paled in comparison to what was about to come.

I realise I don’t have a large reach here on Twitter, but over the coming days I’m going to share MY story in the hope that it shines a light on the under-reported side of Domestic Violence against men.
I hope my story can, somehow, reach & inspire a male victim to speak up.
From my FB memories a year ago.
I had no way of knowing that the evil I had (already) encountered was nothing compared to what she would do next.
To my “endearing, people pleasing” ex - fuck you for bringing that darkness into my life.
BUT, I made it through AND I won! 😊
