@Super70sSports I love how old school running backs used to run through a baseball diamond on their way to glory. Let's bring that back. How many ACLs got blown out running through the infield dirt? Is it more than zero?
@RoFlo When we were kids my ma bought Cragmont or Shasta at Safeway for any cookout. Same diff- it scarred me for life while everybody else was sippin their Big Red or Coca Cola.
Texans rookie tight end Teagan Quitoriano had his first NFL catch Thursday night- and it was a touchdown to give the Texans an early lead against the Eagles. https://t.co/DIqCTwUdWS
Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto with a 10th inning home run that proved to be the difference maker as the Phillies take Game 1 of the World Series. @ Minute Maid Park https://t.co/C1NNK0pJgL
@Super70sSports When the bookmobile came to our elementary school and you had to buy at least one book- I always got the Guinness Book of World Records and turned right to this page to see if they were still the record holders. I don't know why- I was a stupid kid.
@Super70sSports It had something to do with the Campbells soup can labels or box tops. Obviously, those companies were in bed with the parachute manufacturers. "You got one million box tops and 300,000 soup can labels? That's 4 parachutes and 20 dodgeballs for you."
@BenVerlander@Reds Once in 1978 at the Astrodome, I saw Astros pitcher Joaquin Andujar in the stands. But probably not the same thing- the only hand he was shaking was that of the female usher he was talking to. Even 8yr old me understood what was going on there.
This was the beginning of the end for the Texans. Up 20-3 in the 4th quarter. This sack by E.J. Speed and fumble by Davis Mills sparked the Colts to score 17 unanswered points and end the game with a 20-20 tie. #nfl#texans#texans#houstontexans#nfl#nflfootball#nflnews
