@wc03778481@TomjSmith2@TheoFleury14 And trying to save face?! I said what the cost of food was in Banff, then I showed you the receipts. That’s it, you came after me because I’m having a hard time affording food!? Nice one.
@wc03778481@TomjSmith2@TheoFleury14 You keep defending food prices man. Many Canadians are struggling with that right now. More people at food banks than ever. I’m happy you must be rich and the extreme costs of life in Canada don’t affect you.
@wc03778481@TomjSmith2@TheoFleury14 This is the small package price today. So double that and add the 4.50$ it was in the summertime for a box of KD and it’s pretty close to 25$. KD today was 3.25 a box.
@wc03778481@TomjSmith2@TheoFleury14 This is the small package price, about enough to make two small burgers. I buy the regular sized one so double the price of this tiny amount and add the 4.50$ it was in the summertime for a box of KD and it’s really close to 25$. Today the KD was 3.25$ a box.

@TomjSmith2@TheoFleury14 This is the price today for a half package of ground beef, about enough to make 2 small burgers. So double this price and add the 4.50 it was in the summertime for a box of KD and it’s pretty close to 25$. KD today was 3.25$ per box.
This is the price today for a half package of ground beef, about enough to make two small burgers. The KD was 4.50 a box in the summertime. It was 3.25 today. So double the half package price then add 4.50 and it’s pretty close to 25$. The beef is a bit cheaper now than it was last week. But it’s still too much.
It’s not much cheaper in Canmore, the prices change drastically all the time. My license is restricted due to my vision. I am not able to drive at night, makes it hard in the winter to travel for groceries. More than half my money goes to rent, as a single dad it’s very difficult to stay afloat.
It’s not much lower one town over, I’d have to drive an hour and a half to Calgary to see any real savings, I work 6 days a week at my first job and 3 nights at my 2nd and still have to take care of my child on my own. It’s hard to find time to travel to buy groceries. I do when I can.
