@XfinitySupport Still ongoing. I just received ANOTHER box this weekend that does not work for my location. I will not explain this situation to yet another rep. I will be driving all of my equipment an hour away to the closest store to cancel my services. Absolutely insane.

I received a dvr box last week. With work, kids, and KNOWING there would be an issue I just got to setting it up today.

@XfinitySupport I open it and wish I could say I was surprised but its the exact same model,RNG150N,At this point I am furious.I have been paying for premium dvr services this whole time and trying to contact support is an all day affair that ends in my blood pressure rising and no resolution.
