1. Hard barricading must be installed immediately at the 24-metre road / 60-metre road intersection to ensure public safety.
2. If proper barricading cannot be provided, the excavation work should be stopped until adequate safety arrangements are in place.
3. A clear and definite timeline for completion of the work must be provided by the concerned agency.
4. There should be written confirmation that the 24-metre road will be fully restored to its original condition after completion of the work.
5. The restoration should include the road surface, access and any other infrastructure affected by the excavation.

Residents met @DC_Gurugram today to raise a serious concern: untreated sewage is being discharged by another society into a vacant plot next to Astaire Garden in Sector 70A, causing foul smell, pollution, and posing health risks to residents. The DC has taken prompt cognisance and formed a joint team (HSPCB, DTP, MCG) to inspect the site and take necessary action. But one key question remains—how are builders getting OC without a functional STP? This nexus between builders and officials is the root of civic suffering for common citizens.
