I prefer chasing me and decided based on that. Did nkt chase titles. Today in corporate world causing titles means what everyone knows. Atleast did not feel right for me. For me its about doing the right things for my customers and people who trust us even it means accepting mistakes when it happens and owning up and facing consequences

There are many electronics products used day to day. Why no one focus to build those. For example we dont even have a good lap top Indian brand, no PC, no server, no tablets, no smartphone. All these are volume and have consumption and if built well can go global. Why no one shows interest

First no one appreciates any such language used by anyone. Its unfortunate politics in our country is fallen to such levels. Second what we all expect is consistency when anyone condemn such actions and not be partial. Some BJP TN members also use such cheap language at various times wish u all condemn when that happens too. Lastly I am no supporter of any party and an issue based guy. Off late following what TN Govt are doing and appreciate the path they have taken. For India someone who believes that Modiji is the best bet for now and even within BJP you all dont have any option.

ஆனால் உடன் வந்த கிராம மக்கள் அங்கு சமாதி இருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை என்று கூற, இருப்பினும் தான் சொல்லும் இடத்தை தோண்டி பார்க்கும்படி பணிக்க, மடத்தில் உள்ள குமாரமங்கலம் சாம்பமூர்த்தி என்பவர் மண்வெட்டி கொண்டு பெரியவர் காட்டிய இடத்தில் தோட ஆரம்பித்தார்.
10, 15 அடி தோண்டிய உடன் ஒரு அதிசயம் தென்பட்டது.
என்னவெனில் மண்வெட்டி பூமியில் ஒரு கபாலத்தில் தட்டுப்பட்டு அப்படியே நின்றது.
உடனே தோண்டிக் கொண்டிருந்த சாம்பமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் ....
'நிறுத்து, நிறுத்து...
சதாசிவம் சதாசிவம்' என கத்திக் கொண்டு மூர்ச்சையாய் கீழே விழுந்தார்.
பெரியவர் இதுவே ஸமாதி ஸ்தலம் என்று கூறிவிட்டு உடனே முறைப்படி ஸமாதி அதிஷ்டானம் கட்ட ஏற்பாடு செய்யும்படி உத்தரவிட்டார்.
கூடியிருந்த அனைவரும் அதிர்ச்சியில் சிலையாக நின்றனர்.
எப்படி சர்வ சகஜமாக நேராக குறிப்பிட்ட இடத்திற்கு வந்து அடையாளம் காட்ட முடிந்தது என வியந்தனர்.
த்ரிகால ஞானிக்கு இவையெல்லாம் பெரியதா!
மயக்கம் தெளிந்த சாம்பமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் சொன்ன விவரம் மேலும் வியப்பூட்டியது.
பெரியவாள் சொன்ன இடத்தில் தோண்ட ஆரம்பித்த உடனேயே அந்த பள்ளத்தில் சிறிய சன்னியாசி உருவம் தென்பட்டதாம்.
பள்ளம் ஆழமாக ஆழமாக அந்த உருவமும் பெரியதாய் வளர்ந்து ஆகாயத்திற்கும் பூமிக்குமாய் காஷாயம், தண்டம், கமண்டலம்,விபூதி, ருத்ராக்ஷம் இவைகளுடன் கோடி சூர்ய ப்ரகாசத்துடன் நின்றதாம்.
அவர் முன் பல வேத வித்துக்கள் உபநிஷத் பாராயணம் செய்து கொண்டிருக்க திடீரென அம்மஹான் முன்னால் இருந்த வேதியர்களிடம் 'நிறுத்து நிறுத்து...
சதாசிவம் சதாசிவம்' என்று சொன்னாராம்.
தானும் அதையே சொல்லி நினைவிழந்ததாகக் கூறினார்.
கி.பி.1638ல் ஸித்தியான அந்த மஹானின் ஸ்மாதி ஸ்தலத்தை 289 வருடம் கழித்து நடமாடும் தெய்வம் சுட்டிக் காட்டினார் என்றால் என்னே அவரது ஞானதிருஷ்டி...
இதில் மேலும் குறிப்பிடவேண்டிய செய்தி யாதெனில் 289 வருடம் முன் ஸித்தி அடைந்து அவரை புதைத்த இடத்தில் தோண்டியபோது அவர் விஸ்வரூப தரிசனம் தந்து அருள்பாலித்தார் என்றால் அந்த மஹான் எப்படிப்பட்ட தபஸ்வியாக இருக்கவேண்டும்!
இது தான் காமகோடி பீட குருமணிகளின் மஹிமை.
இந்த ஆத்மபோதேந்திர ஸ்வாமிகள் தான் உலகம் அறிந்த நாம சித்தாந்தம் செய்த கோவிந்தபுரம் ஸ்ரீமத்பகவன் நாம போதேந்திர ஸ்வாமிகளின் குருநாதர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

Agriculture need focus. Food security need focus. Infrastructure we are lagging behind big time. Need focus. All this will also create more jobs. Schools need to provide option to learn international languages. While we face challenges finding jobs for youth many countries face challenge of no youth. Enable children to learn language, explore the career outside India , if 2 generations work hard every family will have a better living standard. We need to think world is our work place and not just India or TN

Dam construction is not an easy decision. The environmental impact needs to be accessed as well ..instead small barriers across places to hold water would be one thought. Like where ever river has a wide area..build barriers to hold. This will also help to make ground water levels better in surrounding areas. Instead of a large dam think small and medium type reservoir holdings

A week back we were discussing and I was telling someone rain gods will ensure water flows into TN. Heavy rains were one reason every year water flows into TN. One year no rain means we are done. Permanent solution is also tricky as building a dam is nkt easy. So many factors to be considered. water is a natural resource and should be treated without bringing politics and more with overall need and fair assessment. Parallel TN govt should take steps to improve on ways and means to remove dependency on water flowing from Karnataka. I am sure this can be achieved if govt works with a single motive ..past all dravidian parties never focused on such areas. Focus was only how to earn money for themselves. Look at roads..every year need to be repaired. Look at how one depart lays road and another either water or EB comes and starts digging. Can't they even coordinate properly and avoid such repeated work !!
