@NatWest_Help@British_Airways Yes, I've already called. As you have said, they say that the funds will have nowhere to go if refunded to that card and thus @British_Airways need to send the refund to a different account of mine.
Hi @British_Airways , my cancelled NYC flights were due to be refunded to my expired credit card but the account
is actually closed so @NatWest_Help has now informed me the refund cannot go to that card as no account exists. I can't get through to you on the phone. Please help!
