The Michael Hansen case exposes critical questions about justice and accountability. A civil lawsuit has been filed, alleging constitutional rights violations. Support is needed to cover legal costs. #Justice#Accountability
Why didn't the sheriff's report or coroner's inquest present the audio signature of the gunshots? And why was it claimed the deputy didn't need a warrant? The Constitution says otherwise. #Law#4thAmendment
A sheriff who doesn't know he needs a warrant? Astounding! He swore to uphold the Constitution—apparently, he skipped that day in class. Montana takes property rights seriously, but this? Pathetic. #SheriffFail#ConstitutionalRights
Surprise! The broken tax-shift bill "mistakenly" raised taxes on Montana renters.
Reminder: Democrat leaders praised the bill and claimed to have "delivered" on property tax relief.

Don’t let special interests fool you this election. Powerful groups backed by Democrats are funneling dark money into local races for a reason—they’re propping up their preferred candidates.
The stakes go beyond seasonal scares: The next four years could get far worse if these allies win office.
Dig into who’s funding the campaigns before you vote, Great Falls! #mtpol
No other government agency wields as much power over our lives as the Fed. They dictate interest rates and manipulate the so-called “free market.”
It’s time to remove the cloak of secrecy and audit the Federal Reserve.
Montana news.
There’s a lot to digest here.
This seems like a slippery slope.
The SCOTUS decision will have a big impact either way.

@lemmiwinkster@aaronflint These are all spot on, I’d also add we need proficiency based advancement not peer-based advancement.
I just saw a news article on the “Mississippi Miracle” which is largely explained by holding students back if they are not yet proficient.
Ah yes the ability to transfer your kid within the failing public school system is a wonderful freedom…
Also note the actual reality, for those lower on the socioeconomic ladder who are limited in ability to homeschool or move to a better school boundary it is still difficult to transfer students to the highest performing schools because they are often full, due to the ability of those in higher socioeconomic classes to simply being able to move to those neighborhoods.
It would be an entirely different story if there was not a coercive education monopoly.
If there is limited school choice, even down to the selection of which teachers are instructing your student, then there should be an expectation of high professionalism for the teaching profession.
