@MTNNG On 11th May 2026, I subscribed to the MTN data bundle advertised as 36GB + 12GB bonus for ₦11,000. However, after successful activation, I only received the 36GB without the promised 12GB bonus.
I contacted customer care to report the issue,

and I was informed that the bonus was “unavailable.” This explanation is unacceptable because the package was actively advertised and sold with the stated bonus attached.
Advertising a benefit that customers do not eventually receive is misleading and unfair to subscribers.
