@ZBerm What are the odds the Pats just drafted that T for the Eagles? Understand cap implications of a post-June 1 trade but trading before the season for next year picks seems weird. Is it legal for the Eagles to direct the Pats to draft a player who will be part of the trade in June?
@SixerSense Trading a promising player for essentially four 2nd round picks is ridiculous. No way the Rockets pick is higher than 16 (where McCain was drafted) and he’s outperformed his draft slot. Especially if it’s just to get under the tax.
@EliotShorrParks Except if you actually had a good OC like last year the game wouldn't come down to one or two mistakes by the players. Just a horrible take.

@SpikeEskin Alabama getting slaughtered in the SEC is the bigger concern. Never should’ve made it in nor should they have jumped ahead of ND two weeks ago.
@AllbrightNFL No, they’re afraid of going outside the organization when their coordinators leave. Same thing with Pederson, for some reason they feel obligated to promote from within when it’s obvious those guys are ready Press Taylor then Brian Johnson and now Patullo.
