महोदय, ऑक्सी होम्स व दिल्ली 99 के 10000 लोगो को प्रतिदिन स्पीड ब्रेकर हट जाने से समस्या हो रही है और किसी दुर्घटना की आशंका है। पहले स्पीड ब्रेकर लगा हुआ था, पर जीर्णोद्धार के बाद नहीं लगवाया जा रहा है। कृपया संज्ञान ले।

अपने कर्तव्यों से पीछे हटकर, केवल अधिकारों की मांग करने वालों के अधिकार छीनना गलत नहीं है।
