@SuellaBraverman We are effectively not a serious country if we don't have a fixed limit. Seems to not cause a problem in other countries, except for bosses that expect workers to continue working in unreasonable conditions, of course...
@DrindToWin@mehdirhasan Per capita CAN be relevant , but not if only applied to 1 category, you have to look for cross-over with other factors. Otherwise, would we ban seatbelts because drivers wearing them cause more accidents than those that don't, or maybe some other factor is also involved.
@Flaggage@SamCKx So because people feel that burning down buildings, rioting, and racial hatred are not OK, this means we are for child abuse?? Wow.. but then this is X.. people want things to be angry about on here..and others want to stoke that anger..
@carparkpappz@JuliaHB1@Keir_Starmer All killing needs to be dealt with whatever the origin of the victim or the killer. Burning buildings, throwing bricks at police and inciting racial hatred are also crimes that need to be dealt with..
@carparkpappz@JuliaHB1@Keir_Starmer And yet those rolling out the racist bs never make it into power.. almost as if the majority of the country doesn't agree and they are just a noisy minority. The one guy who actually brings the numbers down with long-term solutions, they do everything to get rid of..๐ค
Dismal failure my f*cking a*s, Piers. He resigned because of a relentless campaign of misinformation, funded, perpetuated and amplified by foreign billionaires whose goals bear zero resemblance to the working people of Britain. He delivered about as much in his first 2 years as any PM in the last 50 years. Stop with the traitorous bs for once. This is a dark day for democracy.
@SpursAcad1@JaySonyalj@ZoomerHistorian Tell me you don't understand pro capita without telling me you don't understand pro capita.. Pro capita more people wearing seatbelts cause death on our roads than those who don't wear them.. so ban seat belts? Or maybe we need to look at cross over with other factors ?๐ค
