Two years ago vs today🫠 i wish i locked in sooner this is embarrassing me but we got 30-20lbs left before we officially lost 100lbs (idk exact number because ive been eating a lot on cruise) but definitely locking in back home for now gym and sauna
@blossomkc4ls Fast 20hrs minimum, 3k steps minimum, mad water, detox tea if i beinge or eat something greasy, like ab workout, and apple juice (the fiber fycks my stomach up) id lose 1-1.8kg minimum a week but high SW
