@youtuberlaw @Groufus @RobertsSpaceInd Question though. I know the Amended complaint replaces the original. So The FAC is the first amended complaint. That would mean the SAC is the second amended complaint not a second complaint then amended. So wouldn't the SAC completely replace the FAC?

@jgajek @dsmart And that is why this is even more hilarious. Derek was betting on Crytek for no other reason than his hate for CR. Now he's boasting that the FAC still poses a threat even though the meat of it was dismissed then more dismissed because Of the SAC rewording the same complaints.

@warriorscomeout @dsmart And then the judge threw them all out lol. This is a good bit of hilarity coming back to this. Derek thought Crytek were going to steamroll CIG. Now the only thing left is the trivial stuff left on the FAC. Except the SAC changed it and now even more is dismissed.

@ocdtrekkie @butchrcs @ConallCurach @dsmart And CIG worked on the engine, made it better and while may not have been 100% compliant on sharing code still gave CryTek a great deal of work on improving the engine. CryTek dropped the ball on support and was a sinking ship. You can't blame CIG for bailing.

@ocdtrekkie @butchrcs @ConallCurach @dsmart I disagree. Don't pretend like the original deal didn't benefit CryTek as much as it did CIG. Honestly, the CryEngine announcement hurt CIG as people felt it wasn't an engine that could support their demands. On the other hand CryTek got paid millions for CIG to promote CryEngine

@davidjwbailey @dsmart The most basic principles of business teach to invest, not hold on to cash. While CIG may inevitably fail, it won't be because of a $9mil cash balance. Plus taking a peek at the funding chart, even the low months they generate enough to maintain operations.

Him being right means so much to him that he will throw a fit if questioned at all. He will then try and twist it to make himself look like the victim and he is good at it.

@Pharanymous @SC_Logicorp @dsmart I'm guessing you haven't been following him for long. This is a typical Derek move. If you don't 100% agree with him or if you question his bogus claims at all you get blocked. Open minded just means you are too logical for him to tolerate.
