Exonerated

He was there when the complaint was made,
there when the officers were sent,
there when the journey began,
there when every movement was reported.

He was there when Albert was taken,
there when power became a weapon,
there when a young man was dragged far from home,
there when fear was meant to serve as an example.

Then Albert died.

Suddenly, the chain broke.
The briefings vanished.
The orders became whispers.
The senior man became a stranger.

Junior officers were left holding the blood,
while the powerful washed their hands
and called it exoneration.

But how do you clear the man
who stood at every door
until death entered the room?

How do you erase his shadow
from a story where it followed Albert
from the complaint
to the arrest
to the final breath?

They may clear his name on paper,
but Kenyans can still read the trail.

1. Who called DCI Mawego detachment in Homabay to arrest Albert at Lida Centre on June 7, 2025 at about 1430Hrs?
2. Who ordered Albert to be initially locked in Mawego police station because another DCI HQs team was already on his way to pick him up for transfer to Nairobi?
3. Why was Albert not taken to Muthaiga Police Station as it's the protocol for anyone who's having a case with DCI HQ, instead he was driven to Central Police Station & booked under OB number 136/7/6/2025?
4. Who were the 6 Officers (in civilian attire) who brought him in at Central Police in a Black SUV?
5. After Albert was officially booked in the station and locked in, why did the officers on duty at Central let some men in civilian attire believed to be officers to get into his cell?
6. On who's orders were all the men acting on as CCTV footage showed instructions being passed on through phone calls?
7. Why has the prosecution not presented the Call Data Records recovered from phones belonging to all officers involved in the operation?(Elephant in the room)
8. After Officers officially recorded Albert's death on OB number 09/08/06/2025 at 0139Hrs, why did NPS rush to give an 'offical' cooked verdict of Albert Ojwang' hitting his head on the wall?
9. Why did OCS Talaam rush to call a CCTV technician on early June 8, 2025 who indeed deliberately formated the DVR at 07:30:14am before IPOA came in to retrieve the data the same morning?
10. What if there were no CCTV systems at Central Police, what would be the 'offical narrative' by NPS if indeed the Autopsy confirmed that Ojwang' was deliberately killed and why are those involved in the cover-up still in office and not in courts?

I have always told Kenyans that Ruto’s biggest threat in 2027 is a united opposition, because he can easily manage several weak candidates fighting one another, but one serious candidate backed by the entire opposition would send him home, even if the opposition is yet to say how they will solve many things affecting the country....

The KK camp is not sharp or disciplined enough to coordinate a well planned national rigging operation without fucking things up and leaving evidence everywhere and causing a crisis they cant solve....

The opposition only needs to unite early, field one candidate, protect every vote and let KK regime destroy itself.
