Prayer as resistance, the necessary condition that summons "what must pass". As such, absence is the oracle (Latin oraculum "to pray"). Absence is not nothing but the missing condition that organises search, constraint and meaning.
Prayer orders attention and desire into an explicit interface: an interrogation that defines what is absent, salient, sign, admissible and actionable.
Prayer "centers" around what is not there, what is missing.
Meaning is not in the smooth sentence. Meaning is in the constraint that survives the sentence.
Absence is the oracle.

@jkenney How does Parliament govern? Those who administer and interpret the laws govern, not those who debate legislation. Parliament merely holds the power to vote confidence and change the government, ever since they were a party of civil war and regicide (17thC.)

@FortySacks PM with a majority government is not going to cut it. Whatever you want to do, first have to build a system of government with a secure sovereign, not one that gets turned over quickly enough by media/experts/judiciary/elections. In our federal system the courts ultimately rule.

LLMs make plausible signs almost infinitely reproducible. Like money, increased liquidity quickly threatens legitimacy. When no owner recognises it, no "oracle-center" clears its claims, then it has no value. AI is a non-covenantal. People must provide convenants.

@bouvard38829538 An origin for some woke moves, yet you’d find others in the French or Puritan revolutions. But if antislavery were a move of certain parts of British capital that you could also link to the Brit preference for the Confederacy in the 1860s, it would be a good story.
