@united i tried calling customer service was on hold for almost 2hrs and 37mins. No answer. We lost our hotel, now we had to park at the airport, our ride in paris. My misson was to take my mom to Lourdes but so far this has not been a good experience. Very disappointed.
@united they put us on Nov 9 leaving cle to dulles @6m then dulles to paris not until 530pm. We literally spent the whole day in the airport. My mom going through chemo sleeping on the airport chairs. Not aceptable. It really hurt me to see this.
@united Out final destination is to lourdes to visit so my mom can complete her promise she made to our lady.
We were to depart from cle to newark then newwark to paris. They delayed our flight and united could not make it to our connection.
