@BlueCrossNC @Clint_GrantNC @WBTV_News @wsoctv When you have providers sending letters to parents telling them that you no longer cover ST services effective 12/7/21 and will be retroadj claims back to 2018 it is a little more than a processing error.Kids are missing therapy this week because parents can't afford SP services.
