Dear @IRCTCofficial and @AshwiniVaishnaw it’s high time the irctc website undergoes an overhaul and make it more efficient. It’s the worse website to visit to book Tatkal tickets. No matter how much one tries, logging into the website is impossible at around 10 AM.
