It’s very interesting how Archie Manning was bold and active in both of his son’s collegiate careers & draft process . He even told NFL owners and the media where his son’s will not play if drafted . Yet he and his son’s were praised by the media and NFL owners! Many said The Manning boy’s having a father who was successful in the NFL was a plus/advantage and it increased both his son’s draft stock! The media also praised Payton Manning’s bold confidence as intiagble personality trait for a qb to have to be successful in the NFL.

Now here we are with shedeur Sanders who just a few days ago was rated a top 10 pick to not being drafted in the first round at all!? They have labled him as cocky .
Coach Prime has been labled as an overbearing father . Who will be difficult to deal with if you draft Shedeur!?

NY Giants , media and all the owners in the NFL What’s the difference between the Mannings & the Sander’s that causes you to label one family a picture of success and the other a picture of high risk???

Funny how now all of a sudden the Combine “matters” when it comes to Shedeur Sanders.

Julian Edelman didn’t do it.

And guess what? They STILL got drafted. Some even in the FIRST ROUND.

If the Combine really decided your future, none of these dudes would’ve made it.
But they did. Because real talent always rises.

This is about the NFL trying to humble the Sanders family for playing their game their own way—and winning without bowing down.

Why do people get so offended by nepotism?

The truth is, some people are more upset about who has access than they are about the system itself. They romanticize struggle like it’s a badge of honor — as if success only counts when it’s soaked in blood, sweat, and tears. But what if success is about breaking that cycle so your children don’t have to?

If I grind for years, build something real, and put my family in a better position, you better believe I want my children to benefit from it. That’s not unfair — that’s the point.

Stop confusing legacy with laziness. Stop assuming inherited opportunity means unearned success. It’s only a problem when people in power actively block others from climbing — not when they lift their own.

I’m tired of the broke mindset that glorifies suffering and side-eyes generational success. Let’s do better.
