@AmazonHelp -- have had the worst experience with one of my purchases on amazon. Amazon keeps denying that they sent the wrong product while I have all the proof. Worst customer service ever.

@AmazonHelp Been talking with amazon customer service for about a week now and they keep bouncing me around. Clearly the website description is wrong but it has been frustrating to get the customer service to understand this (except a guy named Jason who I spoke to this morning, he was good)

@AmazonHelp Ordered this tankless water heater https://t.co/zkG6urCcpa. The website shows it can be installed indoors but the product that was delivered can only be installed outdoors (installing that product indoors is a safety hazard)

@Nordstrom I had the worst possible experience with buying a pair of shoes from you. Not only did you misplace my order, your customer service made no effort to remedy the situation. Never buying from @Nordstrom again

@Munchkin_Inc one of the bottles we ordered was faulty. Baby cried for hours cuz nipple did not have a hole. Not buying it ever again
