Prahlad Joshi is currently the Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution,

A hard core RSS man and a graduate. He represents Karnataka’s Dharwad constituency.

This could be a temporary appointment and the actual education minister may be appointed during the cabinet reshuffle likely next month.

In light of the recent public statements and administrative commitments concerning the blanket withdrawal or quashing of First Information Reports (FIRs) related to the agitations led by the CJP and associated acts of public disorder, our Clients wish to assert their legal rights and standing. They vigorously oppose any such executive concessions or applications filed pursuant to Section 360 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (formerly known as Section 321 of the CrPC).

It is well-established in law that the withdrawal of criminal prosecution cannot be permitted as a mere political compromise or executive leniency in cases involving cognizable offenses such as public violence, obstruction of public servants in the line of duty, and disturbance of public peace. Consequently, our Clients will be submitting appropriate Intervention Applications and Impleadment Petitions to the competent jurisdictional Courts. They aim to demonstrate that any unilateral withdrawal of prosecution threatens the rule of law, and the dismissal of such criminal proceedings without judicial review would be entirely illegitimate, legally unsound, and against the public interest.

Thanks you for your delayed but decisive action in NEET Scandal. But there can’t be different treatments for different ministers in the same union cabinet. Hence, you must ask your home minister (state) also to resign to protect the millions of minor girls in India.

Mr Dharmendra Pradhan, Education Minister was asked to resign for RELEAK of NEET.

Mr MJ Akbar, Minorities minister was asked to resign for #MeToo allegations.

BUT…
Mr Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Union Home Minister (State Rank) is still allowed to stay in the cabinet even today despite 164 Cr PC statement (before a judge) of a minor girl that “the hon’ble minister threatened her when she approached him for justice when his son repeatedly assaulted her sexually for one year at multiple locations in Hyderabad”.

Mr Sanjay Kumar ji brought his accused son to PMO and had a nice photograph clicked with PM of Nation who gave a call “Beti Bachao-Beti Padao”!!!

Only after relentless struggle by @BRSparty and youth of Telangana, minister’s molester son was made to surrender after nine (9) days. And he spent around 50 days in jail and now set free on bail in a Pocso case!

In the first nine(9) days, your minister got a false case of honey trap booked on the minor girl and launched public shaming tirade on the victim girl through @instagram and @facebook and fighting in the courts over the age of the girl. The perpetrators were members of IT cell of BJP!

But for your chote bhai, Mr Revanth Reddy, of @INCIndia the CM of Telangana, your minister would have been in jail by now.

None of your women ministers, MPs, spokespersons spoke for this hapless beti, but they silently defended mantri ji ke beta!!

Modi ji, if you truly walk the talk, please ask for the resignation of Mr Sanjay Kumar and ask him to voluntarily appear before station house officer of Pet Basheerabad Police Station of Telangana, sir.
