There are people playing with emotions asking for x number of amount to issue the evisa and then all gone. Also people who have connections in MEA or politics are getting evisa by paying under the table. And the amount is not small, it's a huge amount they are asking and people who are helpless and have an emergency to travel to India are paying for it.
