After our sources confirmed to us that China Plaza Company was the one allegedly taking over the Jamhuri ASK Showground land, we decided to dig deeper.

What we found is shocking.

We got hold of the CR12 of the company, the legal document that lists its owners.

Among the names that appeared was one Pamela Makena.

We couldn’t immediately narrow down which Pamela this is,

but there’s one Pamela Makena who works as a Registrar at the Ministry of Lands.

And based on what I’ve seen in past government-linked deals,
it’s a common tactic to plant an "innocent" government insider in the mix.

Someone who can quietly make the paperwork flow.

Still, I was curious about the other names and addresses on that CR12.

One of them Zhenya Bai caught my attention.
When I searched that address, it led to another company: Quest Civil Engineers.

The man behind that company? Yuehua Bai.
So, the guy’s full name is Yuehua Zhenya Bai.

That’s when things got really dark. 😐

We dug into Bai’s background and found that he owns a mining company called Nandi Chemase Mining Company

the same one accused of serious human rights violations in Chemase that even led to the death of locals.

Back in 2019, Nyakundi actually highlighted this same company.

So we dug deeper, for photos, records, and links.

And boom 💥 we found what we believe is his picture…
and even one with our Head of State.

But here’s the real scandal
this same Bai was blacklisted by the World Bank and at least two other international institutions for fraud and corruption.

He is banned from handling any money-related projects funded by the World Bank.(evidence in replies)

Yet here in Kenya, he’s being awarded land and major government projects worth millions.

Ladies and gentlemen
I think we’ve just stumbled upon Kenya’s first Chinese cartel operating right under government protection.

And if that’s the case
we are more captured as a nation than we ever imagined. 🇰🇪
