🚒❤️ A huge thank you for your support of our firefighters! Thanks to your generosity and our ability to care for them, their needs are being met, and they’re well-fed and cared for. To help us keep things running smoothly, please avoid delivering perishable foods to incident basecamps, as we cannot accept them.

There’s no celebrities talking about North Carolina.
Residents in North Carolina weren’t getting in their cars to drive to their next property.
Residents there are living in hotels & tents.
Hotels that FEMA is pulling funding for.
It’s snowing & the low will be 18° tonight.
Support the firefighters directly that are on the front lines. Here is a list of items and addresses you can either hand deliver or have delivered!
Also a friend working with the base camp said they desperately need new fresh socks and toiletries.
CALIFORNIA FIRE RESPONSE UPDATE❗
Our Rapid Response Team is heading into a burn zone to search for cats who need aid. We've connected with advocates and veterinarians actively helping animals and we're covering the costs of treatment and boarding for injured or displaced cats.
California Resident in Los Angeles Pacific Palisades Fire burn zone turning off open gas leaks, “Gas leaks everywhere”
He says he’s been to “dozens” of these today, you can actually hear the gas hissing out of the broken valves
He posted this with the tag “Recall Gavin Newsom”

Everyone, meet Mufasa 🦁
Mufasa was brought into an emergency vet by his elderly owner, an 80-year-old woman, who requested he be euthanized. When asked why, she replied, “I’m moving and don’t want to take him to the shelter.”
He is a perfectly healthy cat.

If you are a dog lover you know who the “thedogist” is on IG. He flew to So Cal from New York to help save dogs from the wildfires. He is helping transport affected doggos to dog sanctuary’s, out of harms way.
Incredible. God bless him. 🙏🏼🐾
If you are displaced due to LA fires, we all want to help. I have room for 8 people in Salt Lake City. It’s a 9 hour drive. I can pay for gas or flights. We all feel helpless and want to do something. Please reach out. Will help if I can.
Today was emotional. Lots of families came down from the Altadena area. “This was my cute little house” as tears welled up in one women’s eyes while showing me pictures before the devastation unfolded. Her voice hasn’t been able to get out of my head. 😭
So many people who lost everything. Lauren spoke with families for hours, many of whom had no real plan. They have nothing. Fortunately, thanks to all of your help, we were able to provide them with what they needed for now. Obviously, it's only a short fix. Pray for everyone.
🚨 HAPPENING NOW 🚨
Our team in Los Angeles is currently at a local shelter pulling dogs for a transport happening tomorrow morning. We are also coordinating more transports to help get pets out of Los Angeles and away from the fires, but we need YOUR help to make that happen!

Today I was granted access to speak with incarcerated firefighters.
They told me:
- they hadn’t showered in 5 days
- they were not provided regularly meals
- they were working 24 hours in a row
- they feel under appreciated and underpaid
