Government officials are now showing up at Canadians’ homes over social media posts from months or even years ago.

This is happening after Bill C-9 — the Combatting Hate Act — which expands hate speech laws, creates new offences, increases penalties, and removes legal protections that used to exist.

Meanwhile, real crime (break-ins, violent offences, repeat offenders being released the same day) keeps getting worse. But instead of dealing with actual criminals, they’re using new powers to go after people for what they said online.

This is the exact kind of overreach we were warned about. It’s not about safety. It’s about control.

If they ever knock on your door over an old post, record the interaction and contact the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms. They’re already helping people in this situation.

We’re not the UK. We shouldn’t be heading there either.

Garnet Harper, a 35-year-old father of five beautiful children, was denied a life-saving kidney transplant in Ontario, solely because he wasn’t vaccinated against COVID. 💔😔

Despite two of his brothers volunteering to donate, no doctor or hospital would perform the surgery.

Garnet tragically passed away on May 22, leaving behind his wife of 12 years and their five children.

While he was fighting for his life in the hospital, staff even asked his wife if they could harvest his organs after he died.

The system deemed him unworthy of a transplant while alive… but worthy as an organ donor once dead.

Why deny a living man a transplant because he wasn’t vaccinated… but happily harvest his organs the moment he dies?

This is heartbreaking and wrong on every level. 💔

Ford government was defending Trudeau & lost.

Court ruled Ontario violated the Charter.

Here’s what they did:

✅ First, the billboard is hateful
✅ Then, admitted it wasn’t
✅ Then, banned it anyway under a new sweeping policy

The court ruled EVERY step of that violated Section 2(b) of the Charter.

The Court stated, "this case is about Mr. Katerberg's freedom to express his views and not the correctness of those views.”

The same Ford government spent over $110 million on its own political advertising that year.

Ford government spent public money to silence a private citizen for criticizing the hopping bunny rabbit Trudeau while spending the largest advertising budget in Ontario history to promote himself.

A retired HVAC technician just beat the Ford government in the Divisional Court.

The Justice Centre announces that lawyers will appear before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on Thursday, June 25, 2026, to appeal the conviction of peaceful Freedom Convoy protestor Evan Blackman and challenge the trial court’s refusal to consider whether the freezing of his bank accounts violated his rights under section 8 of the Charter, protecting against unreasonable search and seizure, and warranted a stay of proceedings as a remedy.

Constitutional lawyer Chris Fleury said, “Freezing someone’s bank account is an extraordinary use of state power. When the government interferes with a person’s ability to access their own money, courts must carefully examine whether those actions respected the protections guaranteed by the Charter.”

Mark Carney is put on the leadership ballot despite not ever holding a seat as an elected MP.

Liberal party allows non-citizens to vote but not citizens with other party affiliations.

Liberal party kicks certain Mps off the ballot.

Only 151,000 ballots cast and Mark Carney is now Prime Minister.

A few months later a general election is held and after more shenanigans, Mark Carney wins a minority government.

Fast forward to 2026...

Mark Carney gets the first majority government in Canadian history that was created through floor crossings and background deals.

All the while the government funded mainstream media and the liberal party talk of Canada, talk about protecting democracy & Canadian sovereignty.

And then debate, committees, etc are all shut down as they jam through bills that do nothing to help Canadians and actually create a technocratic authoritarian state.

But go ahead and tell me he wasn't installed and that this is the will of the electorate - in motion.

He was installed, they stole the majority and now they are changing the rule of law in live time.

Tell me again how this does not circumvent democracy, does not put at risk and attack our sovereignty, and is in no way authoritarian at all?

🇧🇷 A Brazilian judge just sentenced two parents to prison for homeschooling their daughters.

Their crime, according to the court: "intellectual neglect" and not teaching state-approved "gender and sex education."

The girls are 15 and 11. They speak multiple languages and are both accomplished pianists.

An independent psychologist found zero signs of neglect. The prosecutor recommended acquittal.

The judge convicted them anyway. 50 days behind bars.

It's the first time in Brazilian history parents have been criminally prosecuted for homeschooling.

The mother's response: "I cannot conceive a more dictatorial state than the one that wants me in jail because I chose to exercise my right to direct the education and upbringing of my daughters."

Their case is now headed to appeal.

#BREAKING: In yet another hot mic incident, Mark Carney is caught insulting HIS OWN MPs, telling the visiting Croatian prime minister Andrej Plenkovic that they're just "useful for votes."

He then makes another comment about his cabinet ministers, but the comments from the Croatian prime minister he was responding to is inaudible, so the context is difficult to make out.

Regardless, it shows yet more contempt that Carney has for Canada's representative democracy. He'd like to have all the power in his own hands.
