If we had matured minds watching BBNaija, we wouldn’t be seeing people dragging male and female housemates for getting intimate on a reality TV show rated 18+. We wouldn’t be dragging a male housemate for liking a girl and choosing to show her kindness, even when she doesn’t seem to reciprocate the same level of interest. These things happen in real life, and this is supposed to be a reality show!

Maturity is not about age; it’s about mindset.

When Oyin was making a fuss about Bells and Yusuf’s noises at night and Bells asked her if she would like to join them for a threesome, that was the day I started seeing that girl differently. She’s young, but if you watched her closely in the house, you could tell she had a certain level of maturity in her mindset.

Big Brother’s house is not a religious gathering. It’s a social experiment where people from different backgrounds, beliefs and religions come together to live and coexist. Feelings will develop, attractions will happen, disagreements will arise, and people will make choices we may not personally agree with. THAT IS REALITY!

You cannot expect people from different backgrounds to live together for weeks and not have anything happen. The problem is that some viewers want to dictate how these housemates should behave instead of allowing them to be themselves.

Too much coaching, too much policing and too much pressure to behave according to viewers’ expectations are part of the reasons this show is gradually losing its excitement.🙄
