You’re dodging the point. Yes some neighborhoods in the city are good. But the CBD/downtown is the focal point of any city. And the CBD in STL is an embarrassment. I love STL to the moon and back. Oh I agree. They won’t go if Russia is there. I don’t think they’re bluffing. But I think they are kind of bullied into taking that stance. Hence the virtue signaling. I will never believe that the players on those teams would truly not want to play if Russia was there. They would probably never admit it so I guess we’ll never know. But that is just my opinion on how it’s playing out behind the scenes. Either way, they should get the politics out of this and play the friking games
