This could be in relation to Jim Kerr's recent arrest while trying to feed the birds, it could be a further attempt to restrict visibility to their operation, or something else entirely.

I'll keep an eye on things and update when there's more.

I’m not religious at all, don’t attend church. But I know GOD is with me everyday!
