Absolutely horrendous customer service and business. I have never in my whole life. I don’t know why I waited so long. Apparently, you don’t care about my business so why should I care about yours. Copy, I will look into another service provider

@AmericanAir Always travel and time and money wasted. Friends parent died. Had to switch my business class seat to economy and leave the next day. Flight wasn’t full and you all charged me $400

How does the pharmacy person not know that Walgreens is @BCBSIL preferred pharmacy. Oh I know, it’s because you hire oversea people who don’t understand anything about American medicine to save you money while I pay big bucks a month to be lied to and my time wasted.

@BCBSIL how do I get on the phone with your Pharamcy and they tell me to use cvs and then I go pick up rx and it’s 3x the amount they told me. I call to see and then they tell me Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy. Now I have to call ALL MY doctors offices to change it back.
