And then he says something you don’t hear very often:

If the government can’t make H-1B resistant to fraud, he understands why Americans would demand “drastic restrictions, including ending the program.”

He’s also right about something else:

Legitimate Indian engineers shouldn’t be blamed for people gaming the system.

Go after the fraudsters. Go after the consultancies. Go after the employers knowingly using them.

And if the system can’t reliably separate legitimate applicants from fraud?

Then maybe the system itself is the problem.

Parents come on B1/B2 tourist visas to take care of children—which is illegal, as tourist visas are meant for tourism.

H1B fraud consultancy owners looted billions from America and became politicians in India. Now they are pushing the Indian government to act. Why is the Indian government interfering in American sovereignty? If America interferes in India, they call it terrorism. But they are doing the same in America under the name of "highly talented" people—looting American jobs and livelihoods.

Now America needs to act. It's time to:

✅ Cancel all EB-2, EB-1, and EB-5 green card backlog applications—most are fraud.
✅ Denaturalize birthright citizenship for temporary workers' children.
✅ Vet every green card from 2019—most are fake.
✅ Recover stolen PPP funds from H1B fraud consultancies.
✅ Put H1B fraud owners in jail.
✅ Send H1B fraudsters back to their home country.

This is the time to protect American workers who sacrificed war and taxes to build this country for 250 years. Their families are suffering.

People coming to America from India on H1B, L1, R1, J1, etc visas—and their dependents on H4EAD, L2, R2, J2, etc.—bring their parents on B1/B2 visas every 6 months to take care of babysitting and household work. The B1/B2 visa costs only $185 for 10 years, allowing 6 months in the U.S. and 6 months in India. It is meant for tourism—people spending money on American businesses and hotels so America can get revenue. But in reality, they come here to do illegal jobs like babysitting, and some work in restaurants and motels.

Most of these people are able to walk—they are in their 50s and 60s—but they still use wheelchairs at airports. Shame on these idiots. They corrupted the system the same way in India, and now they are doing it in America. Stop wheelchair access for people who can walk.

Indian students come to America on F1 visas. Once they complete their studies, they convert from OPT to H1B through Indian-owned fraud consultancies (body shops). They never go back to India—even for marriage. They bring their parents and relatives on B1/B2 visas to get married in the USA with another Indian F1 or H1B person from the same caste and region. Their children get birthright citizenship. From 1990 to 2026, almost 15 million new birthright citizens were added to America from temporary and illegal immigrants.

The entire U.S. visa system is fraud. It needs to be revoked and a new system created. Protect Americans and their livelihoods.
