@Eltonma@betmoardotfun I've told you before, your way of working is flawed too much, your liquidity provision has too much tail risk, clearly this is not a good approach. You provide liquidity but gain absolutely no advantage.
@Eltonma The larger the payout, the more your profits will disappear when a risk occurs. This isn't about daily profits, man. It's like always buying shares at 99 cents; your win rate is high, but you earn very little profit compared to your capital (risk).
@securezer0 Because you haven't understood the nature of the order book on the polymarket. A sell order of 100M Yes at 99.9 cents is the counterpart to a buy order of 100M No at 0.1 cents ~ that's 10M cents ~ equivalent to $100,000. There's no $99M in liquidity as you think.
@Eltonma@betmoardotfun Sorry, I just checked your on-chain wallet and didn't notice your active positions. You do have around $2 million in capital. So, regarding tail risk, how have you handled it?
@Eltonma@betmoardotfun Just one losing trade in an averse selection loss situation could wipe out your entire month's reward. Your model relies on rewards and rebate fees for profit...
@Eltonma@betmoardotfun I've looked at your quoting and order execution methods. Your capital is around $200,000. Your approach carries a very high tail risk. You could also encounter an averse selection at any time.
