@whirlpool_india - It’s now been 8 days. Your customer care says only 1 thing - “we are escalating it urgently” . Are you people uneducated? Does not having a single call back or technician visit in 8 days seem like urgency? This is a cooking apparatus - do you understand?

You people have crossed the line of disastrous customer support by may be a mile! For 10+ years I am a Plus account holder and still waiting 20+ days for a renewal glitch without any update on your support ticket! How do you maintain such awesomeness! Preach!

Being a paid customer, I don’t enjoy the fact that my clients will almost be forced to signup while trying to download a file I shared. Stop hiding the DOWNLOAD ONLY option. The main purpose of your service is to upload & download files

Utterly pathetic service. ICICI bank cannot update a phone no in credit card for 6 months! Been to the branch 10 times. Your staff doesn’t know why it’s not getting done. Doesn’t even answer emails! So poor.
