@AskAmex You have ruined my trip. I did all the preliminary steps prior to travel and youโve cancelled my card. A replacement will take one week. I talked to three diff representatives and they said three diff things.
Iโm extremely disappointed and no longer want a reserve card!

I originally put in ticket 1688623 on April 20th then was told on May 2nd I needed to submit a Property damage claim (C1314497) and have yet to have this issue resolved.
Itโs almost a month and no resolution.
