At LLM Lab, we believe: GEO should be measured by outcomes, and not by dashboards.
GEO isn’t about ranking higher. It’s about being part of the conversation where decisions are now being made.

AI search is the new front door to the internet.
McKinsey mentions that every brand leader should be paying attention to:
• Half of consumers already use AI search
• 20–50% of traditional search traffic is at risk
• $750B in consumer spend will flow through AI search by 2028
This shift isn’t theoretical. It’s happening in real consumer journeys, across categories, ages, and devices.
And the most striking part? Even top brands are missing from AI answers because they’re not optimizing for this new landscape.
Things this time are much more dynamic.
A marketer's task shall be to identify and fill the content gaps across different answer engines. Each system learns from different signals, so gaps aren’t identical.
Clear, structured content placed at right gap will win the citation.
For the past six months, everyone has been scrambling to “optimize for AI search.” Marketing folks are flooding Reddit without actually understanding how their brand is actually positioned in answer engines.
The game is about the right content. Sounds like SEO?
