After 6 months of building @trynovaio (no VC funding), and pivoting 4 times we have our first paying users.

Things I learned so far:

- Talk to users as early as possible

- More features don’t make a better product. We ended up cutting about 70% of them

- Check a domain’s reputation before buying it. Some network providers restrict xyz domains

- Seriously, talk to users early (2x)
