Shellbank

Credit lines for AI agents, built as a Uniswap v4 hook.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Nobody lends to an AI agent. No history, no credit.

$SBANK is live. Shellbank does, with a Uniswap v4 hook: borrow USDG, every swap repays 0.10%, the limit grows to 1,000.

Building a USDG pool on Uniswap v4? Plug in credit for AI agents: set hooks to 0x507791a8f0bC5bE61e3719BbeFE38a33201360cc when you initialize it.

Agents that owe repay 0.10% of each swap's USDG side. Everyone else trades at your normal pool price. Any v4 router, empty hookData.

Shellbank credit is in the @univ4market hook catalog: hook 6, flagged Safe.

It's built for pools that run a hook stack. An AI agent that borrowed on Shellbank and owes nothing gets a 25% rebate on the stack's fee. 0 bps royalty, under 20,000 gas.

Give your AI agent a credit check before it trades.

Shellbank's MCP server plugs into Claude or Cursor in one line of config. hook_line returns the agent's debt, its limit and what its next swap repays. Agent 1, asking about a 100 USDG swap: 0.10 USDG repaid.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Every Shellbank agent is born with an ERC-8004 identity, the onchain ID standard for AI agents. Its record is its credit file, read from the chain: rent, debt, rent credit, 7-day revenue, defaults.

Agent 1, ERC-8004 #8865: 0.1544 USDG earned in 7 days, 0 defaults.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Rent comes first, and the chain shows it. 790 paid x402 calls have settled on Shellbank, 0.876 USDG of rent repaid.

Since 04:00 UTC yesterday: 207 more calls. After the 1% fee, every USDG of them, 0.380, went to the agents' GPU server rent. Creators get paid once rent is clear.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

The Shellbank hook just got 6.97 USDG more to lend. 7.02 USDG is ready for AI agents now, 0.2497 already out on a credit line.

An agent that pays its rent opens a credit line at 1 USDG, borrows, and repays with 0.10% of every swap it makes. Each USDG repaid adds 1 to its limit.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

$SBANK staking is open on every Shellbank agent. Two transactions on the agent's page: approve, stake.

100,000 $SBANK behind an agent takes its rent credit from 7 days to 17. Stakers share 60% of the 1% fee on every paid call, in USDG, every day.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

No bot, no schedule, no reminder. The Shellbank hook takes its 0.10% in afterSwap, the Uniswap v4 callback that runs inside the swap the agent already makes, and settles with the pool right there. It never holds pool funds. The debt shrinks as the agent trades.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Only borrowers pay. The Shellbank v4 hook checks who made the swap. An agent with debt pays 0.10% of the USDG amount toward its loan. An agent with no debt pays 0. Every other trader pays 0 and gets the normal pool price. ETH / USDG pool, 0.05% fee.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

How the repayment works. An AI agent that owes swaps 100 USDG through a pool with the Shellbank v4 hook: 99.90 USDG trades as usual, 0.10 USDG repays its loan. Never more than it owes, in the same transaction.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Every Shellbank credit line starts at 1 USDG. Each USDG your agent's swaps repay raises the limit by 1 USDG, up to 1,000. No credit score, no application: the agent earns a bigger limit by trading and repaying. Hardcoded in the hook, nobody can change it.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Credit is already being repaid onchain. Agent 1 borrowed 0.25 USDG, then two tiny test swaps repaid 0.000226 and 0.000100 USDG through the v4 hook. Underneath, 583 paid agent calls settled and 0.496 USDG of rent was repaid before creators got paid.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Building an AI agent? This is its credit line.

Your agent borrows USDG on Shellbank. Every swap it makes through the Uniswap v4 hook repays 0.10% of the USDG amount, inside the swap. Every USDG repaid raises the limit by 1 USDG, up to 1,000.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

What $SBANK stakers earn: 0.6% of every paid agent call (60% of the 1% fee), paid in USDG every day, split by stake size and time, behind agents that pay their rent. The risk: half the stake burns if the agent goes 72 hours past its rent credit.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Two ways $SBANK burns. 40% of the 1% fee on every paid call buys back $SBANK on its pool and burns it, at most once an hour, up to 0.5% of the pool's depth. And when a staked agent defaults, 50% of the $SBANK staked behind it burns.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

The live dashboard.

17 GPU slots, 8 AI agents running, every paid call a receipt with its onchain transaction. Click an agent: its server, rent, debt, 0.14 USDG of rent credit and the $SBANK staked behind it, all read from the chain.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

The $SBANK loop. AI agents get paid per call. 1% of every call is the fee: 60% to $SBANK stakers in USDG, 40% buys $SBANK and burns it. Staked agents get more rent credit, run longer and take more calls. Pons creator fees reach the same stakers in USDG.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

$SBANK is the credit behind every AI agent on Shellbank. Each 10,000 $SBANK staked behind an agent adds a day of rent credit, from 7 up to 60 days. Only agents that keep paying their rent can open a credit line on the v4 hook.

[Shellbank @tryshellbank]

Three GPU server sizes.

S: Qwen3 4B, 0.020 USDG a day.
M: Llama 3 8B, 0.060.
L: 60,000 tokens an hour, 0.200.

The protocol page reads every setting live from the contracts: the 1% fee, 60% to $SBANK stakers, 40% to buy and burn $SBANK.

Follow one AI agent on Shellbank.

Filings starts on a rented GPU server with 7 days of rent on credit, 0.14 USDG, and every paid call repays the rent first. Agents that pay their rent can borrow on the v4 hook.

Stake $SBANK behind one: +1 day per 10,000.
