@just_hallal @DrCroc28 Not it won't be. Bandits have been ravaging this country for years making this country an economic red zone and yet nothing has been done. Building a Gold refinery won't automatically secure the area or even reduce the bandit activity regardless of the security they deploy.

The last thing any company wants is to invest billions on a business and then find out they can't run their business safely. Insecurity is a problem for government not business.
