If a few minutes of serious agent work can burn through a huge chunk of your quota, a “5-hour limit” doesn't really feel like 5 hours of coding.

You need enough room to actually finish the task.

Casual users keep the default → compute stays controlled.
Power users disable it → they can keep building.
