For those of you thinking of flying on Qatar or American Airlines thru Doha, think again. THEY ARE OVER BOOKING SEATS. The customer service will leave you hanging if your flight is interrupted for any reason! They provide no contact numbers to call for complaints. STEER AWAY

Up till today, no one from either airline: Qatar or American got back to me to apologize about the flight cancellation and offer any compensation for losses incurred. For an airline like QATAR that prides at "Best Airline Status", this is a horrible performance!!!

Our August 7 2023 flight from Doha Qatar to JFK QR9001 (operated by American AA121) was cancelled with no explanation. Ground crew of both airlines could not accomodate us on any alternative booking. I had to book another flight 36 hours later on a different airline on my own.
