They are almost looking for an excuse every time to delay and do bare minimum to survive the day.

@gonoise this issue is not resolved, and out of nowhere the ticket is closed stating that the team couldn't connect over the phone!
I already spoke to the rep, who made me do troubleshooting steps on call and then said the smartwatch will be picked up in 48 hours for repair/replacement, since then nothing for so long!
