why not order a judicial enquiry to find out how it was built , who gave the clearance , whether the owner got prior permission to renovate etc.

Unnecessarily it is being politicised .
Some opp. parties too were ruling during construction of many such bldgs.

In a given area farmers n labourers both work n after subtracting the expenses,
which includes the labour charges , and 15% of the profit may be given to labourers .

If it was okay then why not now ?
In 1937 , it was necessary to truncate to unify all the people without any difference.
