H-1B approval isn’t guaranteed. 20-page cases get approved, 200-page cases get denied. It depends on your sponsor, docs, & how well you match requirements.
For complex cases, consider a consultation. DM or email [email protected]. #Immigration#H1BVisa
A moral battle over immigration: The Vatican calls out Trump’s policies, while Washington defends them. Beyond politics, real families are caught in the crossfire. What do you think?

Pro tip if your US visa was denied at a consulate: One of our firm's L1 cases was approved in the US but denied at a consulate. We immediately reached out and asked for a supervisor review. The case was approved within two days. Consulates can reverse denials. #visa#immigration

Why are so few dedicated services for legal opinion letters?
Our opinion: they’re so niche.
For example, we once provided a Legal Opinion to an overseas bank to help a client buy condos. Imagine a company solely dedicated to that🤯
1/9 In 2022, the H-1B US Work Visa acceptance rate was 23% for undergraduates and ~39% for advanced degree holders. If that wasn't bad enough, even after you get accepted, if you're Indian, actually going home isn't possible because there's ZERO appointments!
Sending your employees back to the office when gas, food, child care, pet care, etc are all through the roof - and not giving them a raise - after they spent 2 years doing the job just as well from home is a great way to tell your employees you don't care about them

EB-2 India goes from 7/18/2013 to 9/1/2013 (final action)
EB-2 India goes from 9/1/2014 to 12/1/2014 (filing).
EB-3 India stays put.
Now we wait for USCIS to confirm we can still use filing dates for May.
Airlines often refuse to board anyone who might get turned away by #CBP, making it a nightmare to reenter the US with an expired I-551 stamp.
Creative solution: we meet clients in Mexico, then make our case to a CBP official at the border. Get in, get out, get on with your life.
One of our clients had to prove her ties to the U.S. in a difficult green card abandonment case. In passing, she mentioned her dogs.... but turns out, she had 13 of them!!
That was enough for CBP, and she kept her green card.
