Pro tip if your US visa was denied at a consulate: One of our firm's L1 cases was approved in the US but denied at a consulate. We immediately reached out and asked for a supervisor review. The case was approved within two days. Consulates can reverse denials. #visa #immigration

EB-2 India goes from 7/18/2013 to 9/1/2013 (final action)
EB-2 India goes from 9/1/2014 to 12/1/2014 (filing).
EB-3 India stays put.

Now we wait for USCIS to confirm we can still use filing dates for May.

Airlines often refuse to board anyone who might get turned away by #CBP, making it a nightmare to reenter the US with an expired I-551 stamp.

One of our clients had to prove her ties to the U.S. in a difficult green card abandonment case. In passing, she mentioned her dogs.... but turns out, she had 13 of them!!

That was enough for CBP, and she kept her green card.
