We're glad North Yorkshire Police has decided to take no further action against @FUDdaily and happy we were able to assign a good legal team and pay their fees. But Pete is quite right -- the police should not have arrested him in the first place. North Yorkshire Police should follow the lead of the @metpoliceuk and stop investigating hurty words on social media and focus on actual crimes.

That being said, I can not support and will not support the United Kingdom's censorship going into America, the land of the free.
