@dadof4dudes@KBoBaseballGuru Juco already has 24 full scholarships at the d1 level. Not every school has all of that money to give out, but I don’t see a need to change.
Two things I’m seeing and would look into:
1. Did the open stance allow his lower half to work better with his pelvic rotation?
2. The bat tilt before the swing starts is possibly hurting his timing and bat path
Hit and run with a line drive out to right field. Sanchez does not stand a chance getting back and should just keep running. Also why the 3B coach isn’t saying anything. It’s a chance you take on H&R. Only on a high pop up would he have a chance of getting back
Pure ignorance from this guy’s post. If almost every catcher in the league is doing it, there is plenty of data to back up the reasoning for transitioning to “one knee down.”
College, HS, youth… it all depends if they can successfully learn and implement it.
I’ve been watching only location of pitches for the past 3 days on college and MLB level. I know why spots are missed so much in the game today. Ya Got catchers on their butts with a leg out and glove on the ground. This part of the game needs an overhaul. This is terrible 👇🏽
@hittingguru7 Then add some depth to your analysis. You don’t think there’s a lack of knowledge and understanding in your tweet? You watched a bunch of locations and came to a biased conclusion. So even if you are right, you went about it in an ignorant way.
“Smash the ball and then you walk deliberately towards first base…if you feel your body fight against itself you’ve over-rotated somewhere you want it to feel clean” 🐟🪜

So… D1 or bust still? I get U Tampa is a D2 powerhouse but this should open some eyes as to where this game is going and how good you have to be to have the privilege of continuing it play it at the collegiate level, no matter the division.
Looking to connect with anyone who knows about open jobs within the DFW region (Denton, TX). Hoping the job is within sports! Not looking to relocate. Open to remote jobs. All of my experience is at the college baseball/softball level and one year of middle school
