Celebrating the historic inauguration of the Tagi Raja War Memorial Park, alongside Hon’ble Union Minister Shri @KirenRijiju Ji, Hon’ble Minister Shri @BiyuramWahgeBJP Ji and Hon’ble MLA Shri Tenzin Nyima Glow Ji, launched the newly published book, “Tagi Raja – 1825 to 1873.”

Attended a review meeting today at TGL Monastery, Bomdila, regarding the forthcoming Sacred Exposition of the Holy Relics of Lord Buddha, in the gracious presence of Padma Shri His Eminence Guru Tulku Rinpoche La, Hon’ble MLA Shri Phurpa Tsering Ji and Hon’ble MLA Shri @DSiongju Ji.

The Holy Relics is scheduled to arrive on 8th November 2026 and remain in Bomdila until 13th November 2026. During this period, devotees will have the precious opportunity to pay homage to the sacred relics and seek spiritual blessings.

During the meeting, we reviewed the progress of preparations, including the ceremonial reception of the Holy Relics, security arrangements, interdepartmental coordination, and the necessary facilities and logistical arrangements to ensure the smooth arrival and movement of devotees.

This historic and spiritually significant occasion is a matter of immense pride and reverence for the people of West Kameng, Arunachal Pradesh, and the Buddhist community at large. The exposition will further strengthen our shared values of peace, compassion, unity and mutual respect.

Attended the funeral service of Late Shri Rangka Tallang Ji, beloved father of Hon’ble MLA Shri @EalingTallang Ji, at Tallang Village, Seppa, today.

Solemnly paid my last respects during the final rites and stood in solidarity with the bereaved family, well-wishers, and loved ones as they mourned this profound loss.

I pray to Lord Buddha and Ane Donyi Polo to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and bestow strength, courage, and comfort upon the bereaved family and the loved ones to bear this irreparable loss.

Under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan – Seva Mera Yogdan outreach program, visited GHSS, Kalaktang, and interacted with students to listen to their concerns, understand their needs and reaffirm our commitment to ensuring a safe, healthy and supportive learning environment.

During the visit, we undertook a detail inspection of the following facilities:

✅ Newly constructed 50-Bedded Girls’ Hostel at GHSS, Kalaktang
✅ New Administration Block at GHSS, Kalaktang
✅ Construction of the new GHSS building at Rupa
✅ Construction of G+I, four Type - I quarters and one Type -II staff quarters

Quality education and the well-being of our students remain our top priorities. Strengthening educational infrastructure and ensuring access to safe accommodation, better facilities and an environment that empowers students to learn, grow and achieve their aspirations remain our foremost commitment.

Delighted to Inaugurate the Recreational Fisheries named as LOSENG Recreational Fisheries at Rupa, West Kameng, today, an initiative supported under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY).

Flagship schemes of the Government are designed to create opportunities at the grassroots, empower beneficiaries, and promote self-employment. This initiative is a wonderful example of how fisheries can go beyond livelihoods to become a recreational destination for families and visitors.

I warmly congratulate the beneficiary, Shri Tenzing Norbu Wangja, on the successful launch of this venture and wish him great success in his entrepreneurial journey.
