@happyeasygo I have waited almost a year.. I’m not sure if my money is safe with you if customers have to resort to virtual arm twisting to get your non existent customer care team to respond.
@happyeasygo Just placed refund request for the 100th time. The website conveniently informed me that it would take between 30-90 days. But I had attached screenshot from the airlines in March itself. How many months has it been since??? @DGCAIndia pls look into such travel companies.
@happyeasygo Iv been waiting for my refund since 10months. All emails and dms have gone unanswered. After reading all the above comments , it’s safe to conclude that this company is a fraud company and they need to be made accountable for their actions legally.
@happyeasygo I have written countless mails to your company and dm’ed on Twitter with no response since 10mnths.Only when I tweeted publicly have I been able to get a copy pasted response from you which doesn’t make sense ,since the features u mention don’t exist on your app @DGCAIndia

@happyeasygo Also there is no option to do anything after viewing the my orders section so I don’t know what your are going on about the attaching things to sound more legit I guess. But you have my order number. The flight was for 29th March 2020, the dgca had also instructed all airlines
@happyeasygo Hi ,firstly there is no “my trips” section on your website. There is “my orders” , wherein my order number is conveniently showing in the completed trips section with no option to “cancel”
So would suggest you go back on your own mobile app and get familiar with the given options

After tweeting at them ,and being asked to share details via dm. They never replied. This company needs to be sued for fraud
@flyspicejet@dgca been trying to web check in since 3 days with your website freezing everytime after payment..tried calling your customer care numbers .not one of them work.. How exactly is one supposed to web check in or is this a new ploy to scam customers to charge them more
